		<description><![CDATA[Yes, Junot Diaz for fiction. I haven&#039;t read the book because the waiting list is so long at the library, I&#039;ve been on it for weeks. So this is just instinct.

I also wouldn&#039;t be surprised if Edwidge Danticat (which I have read) got something in biography. &quot;Brother, I&#039;m Dying&quot; isn&#039;t as well-written or substantial as many books that have won in this category, so it might be more likely to be a finalist than a winner. But the situation Danticat describes (her uncle&#039;s death in custody of U.S. officials) was so awful, you could see how the judges might think she deserves a prize just for exposing it.
